Perth based residential building design.

WHY

We believe that all homes deserve great design. In our belief, great design means a home that works for everyone. For the community it’s in, for the environment, for the site it’s built on and most importantly, for its inhabitants. We have a great passion for Building, Design, Architecture and most importantly, seeing the benefits and improvements these elements can make to people’s lifestyles when done well.

HOW

We find that the best outcomes are achieved with open communication between Designer and Client. As the Client, you use a Designer to get the absolute best result you can based on the restrictions of your site, your personal/family requirements and of course your budget. As the Designer, it’s our job to bring your dreams to life....and to provide you with an outcome that exceeds what you had even dreamt!

Great design, to us, isn’t about throwing as many expensive, unnecessary features at a home that you can think of. It’s about providing a home that gives its occupants the opportunity to live the lifestyle they desire. It’s absolutely not about designing the house that we want to design. To achieve the best outcome, a 2-way street of ideas is required.

We provide individual Building Design services. We are not Architects, however if he was in Australia today, America’s greatest ever “Architect”, Frank Lloyd Wright, would not be able to call himself an “Architect” either!

WHAT

Client’s requirements vary greatly, so we offer a range of services that can be tailored dependant on your requirements. You may just be after a consultation where we offer you advice, or you may be after a full service, right from site selection, design, 3d visualisation, shire approvals, full documentation, tendering, builder selection and site visits throughout construction.

We work in a relaxed, yet professional environment with the aim of total client satisfaction. All our fees are determined after an initial meeting, where we gauge the Client’s requirements and expectations.
